Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of MediGlobeTravel's medical travel facilitation platform and services.
Last Updated
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the MediGlobeTravel website or submitting any inquiry or booking request. By accessing our platform or engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our platform.
Important: We Are a Facilitator, Not a Medical Provider
MediGlobeTravel is a medical travel facilitation company. We connect patients with accredited hospitals and specialists but we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions rest solely with your treating physician and hospital.
1. Description of Services
MediGlobeTravel provides medical travel facilitation services. Our role is to act as an intermediary between patients seeking medical treatment abroad and accredited hospitals, clinics, and specialist doctors in our global partner network.
Our facilitation services include, but are not limited to:
- Assessing your medical needs and identifying suitable partner hospitals and specialists.
- Submitting your case to partner institutions and obtaining treatment quotes on your behalf.
- Coordinating appointments, consultations, and surgery scheduling.
- Arranging flights, airport transfers, and accommodation where requested.
- Providing certified medical interpretation and document translation services.
- Assigning a dedicated personal coordinator to support you throughout your journey.
- Following up on your progress and supporting your safe return home.
MediGlobeTravel does not employ doctors, nurses, or other clinical staff. We do not own or operate any hospital, clinic, or medical facility. All medical services are provided directly by our independent partner institutions.
2. Not Medical Advice
This is important — please read carefully.
Nothing on the MediGlobeTravel website, in our communications, or provided by our coordinators constitutes medical advice, a medical diagnosis, or a clinical recommendation. Information presented on our platform is for general informational purposes only.
Any guidance our coordinators provide relates exclusively to the logistics and organisation of your medical travel — not to the clinical aspects of your condition or treatment. You should always seek qualified medical advice from a licensed physician before making any decisions about your healthcare.
Treatment recommendations, clinical assessments, and medical opinions are the sole responsibility of the licensed medical professionals at the partner institutions you are referred to.
3. Limitation of Liability
As a facilitation intermediary, MediGlobeTravel is not liable for the outcomes of any medical treatment, procedures, or healthcare services provided by partner hospitals or clinics. This includes but is not limited to:
MediGlobeTravel's liability, where applicable and to the maximum extent permitted by law, is limited to the direct facilitation services we provided to you. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any third-party hospital, clinic, physician, travel provider, or other service provider.
We strongly encourage all patients to review a partner hospital's own terms and conditions, obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, and seek independent legal advice where appropriate before proceeding with overseas medical treatment.
4. Our Free Service Model
Our facilitation services are free to patients.
MediGlobeTravel does not charge patients for our core coordination, referral, communication, and logistics services. Our revenue model is based on service agreements with our partner hospitals and clinics — not patient fees.
The only situation in which a facilitation fee may be charged to a patient is where the patient specifically requests a dedicated accompanying physician to travel with them throughout their journey. In this case, the fee will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing before any service is provided.
All treatment costs, hospital fees, and third-party expenses (flights, accommodation, etc.) are the responsibility of the patient and are payable directly to the relevant service providers. MediGlobeTravel provides itemised cost estimates on request but is not responsible for final treatment billing.
5. Your Obligations
When engaging with MediGlobeTravel's services, you agree to the following obligations to ensure we can serve you effectively and fairly:
Provide Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information about your medical condition, identity, and contact details. Providing false information may compromise your care and will result in termination of services.

You agree to respond to our coordinators and partner institutions promptly when information or confirmation is requested, to avoid delays in your treatment arrangements.
Compliance with Partner Policies
You agree to comply with the terms, rules, and clinical protocols of any hospital or clinic you are referred to, including payment obligations directly to those institutions.
